1. Summary

This site has no accounts, forms or payments. We do not sell your information. This policy explains what data may reach us and how we use it.

2. What data we receive

The data you send us yourself when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: for example your name, phone, email and whatever you choose to tell us.

Minimal technical data received by the service that hosts the site (Cloudflare), such as IP address, browser type and visit date. It is used to make the site work and for security.

3. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking tools. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, and Google may receive your IP address when serving them. When you tap a WhatsApp button you leave the site and move to WhatsApp's (Meta) terms.

4. What we use the data for

To answer your request, guide you on insurance options or on joining as an agent, follow up on what you ask for, and meet legal and carrier requirements.

5. Who we share it with

Only if you decide to apply for a product, we share what is needed with the carrier and with Family First Life to process your application. We also share with providers that serve us (for example hosting and messaging) and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Sensitive information

Please do not send us Social Security numbers, card or bank account numbers, or medical details over WhatsApp or email. If they are needed for an application, they are collected on the carrier's secure forms.

7. How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to insurance activity. After that we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it absolutely.

9. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction or deletion, and ask us to stop contacting you. Write to team@sumabrokers.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on the state where you live, the law may give you additional rights.

10. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child wrote to us, let us know and we will delete it.
